For our partner, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Financial Manager to take ownership of management accounting, financial reporting, period closing, and accounting process automation.

About the Project
Our flagship FinTech/Crypto product has been operating successfully since 2017, providing secure digital financial solutions through web and mobile applications. We are now developing the next-generation open-source version of the platform, creating an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a global technology product.
What You’ll Do
Management Accounting & Financial Reporting
* evelop and implement management accounting policies and standards.
* uild a clear responsibility matrix for accounting processes and data ownership.
* repare a complete set of management reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key financial analytics.
* nalyze financial performance by departments and products, including profitability and margins.
* nsure alignment between cash flow and accrual-based accounting together with the Treasury team.
* articipate in intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes.
Period Closing & Accounting Operations
* wn and improve the monthly period-closing process, with a target closing period of up to 10 calendar days.
* mplement and maintain an accrual process to ensure accurate monthly financial results.
* rganize and control regular reconciliations with key counterparties.
* articipate in inventory checks and ensure accurate reflection of assets and liabilities.
* nsure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial data.
1C & Automation
* eview and optimize the existing 1C KUP / ERP accounting environment.
* nalyze data flows between operational and accounting systems.
* repare technical specifications for developers to automate accounting processes and integrate data.
* inimize manual data entry and improve the reliability of financial data flows.
* onfigure cost accounting in 1C to support product profitability analysis.
* mprove accounting for fixed assets and capital expenditures.
* ring structure to master data, including products, expense categories, and departments.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* ork closely with the CFO, Treasury, Procurement, Sales, and other business process owners.
* ntroduce and communicate new accounting processes and regulations.
* rain employees from related departments on new financial procedures.
What We’re Looking For
* + years of experience in accounting and/or management accounting.
* t least 2 years of experience at Senior / Lead level.
* roven experience in building, restructuring, or improving management accounting processes, preferably within a group of companies.
* trong practical experience with period closing and preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
* ands-on experience with 1C KUP / ERP, including system configuration and working with developers.
* trong knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP principles related to revenue and expense recognition, fixed assets, and financial instruments.
* nderstanding of consolidation and intercompany transactions/eliminations.
* xperience preparing technical specifications (TORs) for accounting system improvements.
* dvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
* trong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
* bility to build processes from scratch rather than simply maintain existing ones.
* igh level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* trong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-financial teams.
* bility to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Would Be a Plus
* xperience in holding companies or complex corporate structures.
* xperience with Power BI or other BI tools.
ACCA / CIMA certification.
