StellarTech is a rapidly growing product company building scalable EdTech products for a global audience. As our business and product portfolio continue to grow, we are strengthening our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Senior Recruiter to own complex, business-critical hiring across the company.
This is a full-cycle role with a strong focus on direct search, hiring manager partnership, and measurable outcomes. You will lead 4-6 roles at a time — including Senior, Lead, and Head-level positions — and help us build the systems that make every next hire more focused, predictable, and effective.
What You’ll Do
* Own 4-6 vacancies end to end, with a focus on senior, leadership, and business-critical roles.
* Partner with hiring managers from the kick-off stage: clarify the business need, shape a realistic candidate profile, define the scorecard, and align on the hiring process.
* Build a sourcing strategy for each role, including talent-market mapping, donor-company research, Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and personalized outreach sequences.
* Proactively engage passive candidates instead of relying mainly on inbound applications.
* Conduct structured interviews, assess candidates against agreed criteria, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
* Prepare and calibrate hiring managers and interviewers to ensure consistent, high-quality assessment across all stages.
* Own the recruitment funnel and use data to identify bottlenecks, improve stage conversions, and keep stakeholders aligned on progress and risks.
* Manage the offer process and candidate communication through to the person’s first working day.
* Bring market intelligence to the business: talent availability, compensation expectations, competitor insights, and realistic hiring timelines.
What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including at least 4 years in a product IT company.
* Experience hiring for Growth Marketing, Product, Analytics, or Engineering roles.
* Experience in B2C subscription products, mobile apps, EdTech, or another high-growth digital environment.
* A proven track record of closing Senior, Lead, or Head-level roles, with the ability to explain your approach, funnel metrics, timelines, and results.
* Strong hands-on sourcing expertise and confidence working with passive talent across multiple channels.
* Experience partnering with hiring managers, challenging unclear or unrealistic requirements, and translating business needs into an actionable search strategy.
* A structured, data-informed approach to recruitment: you understand funnel metrics, conversion rates, and how to use them to improve outcomes.
* Experience with competency-based assessment, scorecards, and structured interviews.
* Strong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to manage several priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.
* Practical use of AI tools in day-to-day recruiting — for research, sourcing, communication, analysis, or workflow automation.
* Fluency in Ukrainian with English at B2 level or above.
