About DELULU Gaming
DELULU Gaming is a fast-growing European iGaming company building innovative gaming products for global markets.
We combine startup agility with long-term business vision, creating an environment where finance is a strategic partner in business growth. We’re looking for a Finance Manager (Lead) to strengthen our financial function and support the company’s continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business streams.
* Consolidate and control company budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Oversee management accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable financial standards.
* Establish and maintain strong financial controls and internal processes.
* Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments to support business decisions.
* Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial planning and business initiatives.
* Coordinate internal financial audits and support tax planning and optimization.
* Lead and support the finance team, driving continuous process improvements.
Requirements
* Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or Lead Finance Manager.
* Strong academic background in financial management and accounting.
* Solid knowledge of IFRS and international financial reporting standards.
* Experience managing finances across multiple business streams or legal entities.
* Previous experience in IT, SaaS, or iGaming companies (iGaming is highly preferred).
* Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
* Experience working with ERP systems and modern financial tools.
* Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.
* Advanced English.
Nice to Have
* Experience working in international or multi-jurisdictional companies.
* Experience with tax planning and corporate structuring.
* Background in fast-growing or startup environments.
* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or similar.
