We are trusted by operators and partners including 888, Evolution Gaming, IGT, and SBTech. The Role: Digicode is strengthening its market presence at the industry’s most important gathering points. We’re looking for a Sales & Event Manager to own our iGaming event participation end-to-end — from organizer negotiations through on-the-ground representation — while actively supporting sales conversations and community engagement across our European target markets.
This is a hybrid role: part event operations, part sales, part community-building. It suits someone who is equally comfortable negotiating a booth package with an event organizer and pitching a product to a prospect on the show floor. Key Responsibilities: Event Strategy & Logistics * Manage end-to-end participation in flagship events (SBC, SiGMA, ICE) and targeted regional events (iGaming DACH, iGaming Germany, and others as identified) * Negotiate with event organizers on price, booth location, and services packages * Coordinate internally to confirm attendee lists, travel plans, and booth staffing * Handle all bookings and reservations (travel, accommodation, booth logistics) on time and manage changes as they arise
Sales & Booth Representation * Represent Digicode as an active member of the booth team during events * Develop and maintain deep working knowledge of the DigerSuite portfolio, product updates, target markets, and Digicode’s competitive advantages and differentiators, to hold credible initial conversations with prospects * Qualify and capture leads generated at events, feeding them into the sales pipeline
Marketing Coordination * Liaise with the marketing team on booth design, printed and digital marketing materials, and event giveaways ahead of each event * Ensure materials and messaging are aligned with current product positioning and event goals * Flag gaps or new needs (e.g. updated collateral for a new feature or market) proactively ahead of upcoming events
Community & Relationship Management * Participate in industry community events and networking activities across target European markets * Build and maintain relationships with operators, partners, and industry contacts to support brand awareness and pipeline development * Contribute to lead generation and qualification efforts beyond the event calendar itself
What We’re Looking For: * Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus * Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging both organizers and prospects * Highly organized with sharp attention to detail — able to manage multiple moving logistical pieces without dropping the ball * Creative problem-solver, able to adapt when plans change on short notice * Genuine interest in or willingness to quickly learn the iGaming industry and Digicode’s product suite, and to keep that knowledge current as products and positioning evolve * Comfortable with regular European travel
Nice to Have: * Prior experience in event management, trade show coordination, or B2B sales within iGaming or an adjacent regulated industry * Existing network or familiarity with the SBC, SiGMA, or ICE event ecosystems
