Join a fast-growing iGaming project as an SMM Manager and take full ownership of our social media presence. You will play a key role in scaling our audience, boosting engagement, and driving conversions across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute content strategies tailored to different GEOs and target audiences
* Create and manage content plans (daily / weekly / monthly)
* Adapt content for multiple platforms: Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube
* Manage and continuously update all social media channels
* Publish posts, stories, newsletters, and video content
* Moderate comments and direct messages, ensuring timely responses
* Drive growth in followers, engagement, website traffic, registrations, and deposits
* Collaborate closely with the CRM team and align with their campaigns and activities
* Assign tasks to designers and video production teams
* Ensure high quality of creative assets (banners, stories, videos)
* Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, Conversion to deposit, Cost per registration (CPA), Engagement rate)
* Prepare regular performance reports
* Identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in iGaming / online casino (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of key metrics: FTD, NGR, Retention
* Hands-on experience managing Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube
* Experience working with CRM tools and audience segmentation
* English proficiency (required)
