The B2B Account Manager at SLS Alliance is responsible for managing relationships with international B2B clients using smart lockers and other self-service solutions. The main focus of the role is client communication, expectation management, and coordination of internal teams to ensure commitments to clients are fulfilled.
The B2B Account Manager acts as the main point of contact for clients and works closely with Sales, Service, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and other internal teams. The role involves working with clients across Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and other international markets.
Mission
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Manage client expectations and maintain transparent communication throughout the cooperation.
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure client requests and commitments are handled effectively.
* Proactively identify risks and coordinate their resolution with the responsible teams.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, B2B Client Management, or a similar client-facing role.
* Experience working with international B2B clients.
* Strong negotiation, relationship management, and client expectation management skills.
* Understanding of commercial terms, contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
* Experience coordinating Service, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
* Experience with technology products, particularly IoT, self-service solutions, vending equipment, robotics, logistics, parcel lockers, Last Mile Delivery, RetailTech, or integrated hardware and software solutions, would be an advantage.
* Fluent English at C1 level and professional proficiency in Russian/Ukrainian.
* Ability to undertake international business trips.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of international B2B clients and act as their main point of contact.
* Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Understand the client’s business, needs, objectives, and current priorities.
* Manage commercial agreements, contracts, and client expectations.
* Coordinate client commitments with Service, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, and other internal teams.
* Receive client requests and incidents, communicate them to the Service team, and monitor priorities, timelines, and resolution.
* Coordinate new client requests, scope of work, timelines, and commercial terms.
* Conduct regular client meetings to discuss current status, open issues, and upcoming activities.
* Manage client escalations and ensure timely communication in case of delays or issues.
* Monitor compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, and agreed conditions.
* Maintain up-to-date information on client agreements, risks, open issues, and next steps.
* Participate in international business trips and face-to-face client meetings when required.
