About us We are a group of businesses with three operating businesses: B2B electronics distribution, software R&D project (Secure enterprise-grade AI assistance), and a robotics R&D company — plus several new directions at the planning stage. An international restructuring of the group is ahead. Why this role exists The founder built everything himself and currently runs finance, legal, and operations on his own. Your mission is to take this layer over completely, as a result you will be in-charge of all group’s operational activities. What you will do * Finance framework: build group-level management accounting from scratch (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet), working-capital and cash-flow management, financial planning models for current business and new initiatives. * Legal & compliance across jurisdictions: keeping documents and contracts in order (first-pass business review yourself, external counsel for complex issues), currency control and bank compliance, foreign-entity reporting and audit support, setting up new entities end-to-end, participation in the international restructuring with expert support of external legal advisors. * Operations & automation: design and build scalable business operations system that will allow growing current projects and add new ones. Standardize processes into templates and playbooks, implement ERP/CRM (Airtable, Odoo), build KPI dashboards that emerge from well-designed processes rather than manual reporting, oversee international trade and logistics processes with proactive escalations, and automate everything possible together with our AI architect.
This is a hands-on role: there is no department under you at the start — you build the system with your own hands, with senior-level oversight of the current team and outsourced providers. You are a fit if you have * 5+ years of relevant experience in a small or mid-sized business * Personally built management accounting/financial models (author of the structure, not a user of reports) * The ability to easily turn task chaos into structured execution plans — and drive them to tangible results * Hands-on foreign-trade experience: import/export, currency control, Incoterms, multi-currency accounting * Experience with non-resident structures (Estonia / Cyprus / UAE / UK, etc.) * Upper-Intermediate+ English — a real working language here (legislation, banks, foreign partners) * High autonomy and professional judgment: you set and close tasks yourself; strong tech literacy. * BIG4 experience is a plus.
This role is NOT for you if * You are used to the mature, structured processes of an established company — the first 3-6 months will be chaotic, and building order out of that chaos IS the job * You expect tasks to be handed to you rather than defining and closing them yourself * You are looking for part-time work — this is strictly full-time
