We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a highly independent Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our staff augmentation and dedicated development team services. This is a true New Business Hunter role, focused on proactively identifying prospects, opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and leading the entire outbound sales cycle through to signed contracts. This position is dedicated to winning new business rather than managing existing accounts or customer success.
Key Responsibilities: ● Independently identify and acquire new clients for IT staff augmentation / dedicated teams services; ● Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound sales activities, networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry events; ● Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings across Europe; ● Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing; ● Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and position relevant service offerings; ● Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and account management teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and aligned with client expectations; ● Prepare commercial proposals and run the negotiations; ● Build long-term client relationships that can expand into strategic partnerships and account growth opportunities; ● Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasting.
Requirements: ● Proven experience selling IT outstaffing / staff augmentation / dedicated development teams and/or Recruitment services; ● Strong understanding of the operational realities of service-based businesses and client delivery models; ● Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing new clients independently; ● Experience converting industry events, conferences, and networking activities into business opportunities; ● Self-driven and highly autonomous; ● Strong ownership mentality; ● Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
