You will manage workflows, coordinate teams, track project progress, and help deliver high-quality gaming experiences together with Product, Design, Development, and Marketing teams.

What You Will Do:
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Development, Marketing, and BD teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Translate business and product goals into clear plans, requirements, tasks, and delivery milestones.
* Break down initiatives into actionable steps, manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
* Maintain project visibility through roadmaps, documentation, status updates, and progress tracking.
* Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
* Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and development teams throughout the delivery cycle.
* Identify blockers, drive solutions, and proactively improve team workflows and processes.
* Maintain project documentation and workflows using Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
What We Are Looking For:
* 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or a related role (experience in iGaming, gamedev, or tech products is a plus).
* Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams across Product, Marketing, and BD teams.
* Ability to structure requirements, decompose initiatives, and ensure effective execution with development teams.
* Understanding of development processes, feature delivery stages, dependencies, and timelines.
* Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project planning tools (Gantt).
* Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, documentation, research, and daily project management tasks.
* Proactive mindset, ownership, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* English level B1+ for communication and documentation.
Nice-to-have:
* Experience in iGaming as a provider/studio or gaming company.
* Understanding of the game development lifecycle and operator integrations.
* Basic knowledge of SQL, logs, and API documentation.
* Experience building AI automations or agents.
Remote
* Full-time employment (5/2 schedule).
* 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00.
* 20 vacation days + 12 paid sick leave days annually.
