We are looking for a Head of Product to take full ownership of a fast-growing online casino product for the Mexican market.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a startup-like environment with a high level of autonomy and direct influence on product strategy, profitability, and team development.
Key responsibilities
* Define and execute the product strategy focused on GGR, LTV, Retention, and profitability
* Take full ownership of the product P&L, budget control, and financial performance
* Optimize registration, deposit, engagement, and retention funnels
* Improve UX and conversion rates through analytics, segmentation, and A/B testing
* Develop bonus, gamification, and retention mechanics using Smartico
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Product, BI, Design, Marketing, and Technology
* Prioritize the product backlog and technical initiatives
* Build a scalable product development roadmap for the Mexican market
First 90 days
* Conduct a full product audit and define the required platform updates
* Analyze the bonus and gamification systems and prepare retention improvement proposals
* Develop a strategic product plan aimed at achieving target ROI and profitability metrics
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in iGaming as a Head of Product or Senior Product Manager
* Strong understanding of casino or betting business models and product metrics, including Hold and In/Out
* Experience managing product P&L and profitability
* Strong background in product analytics, A/B testing, segmentation, and UX research
* Ability to work hands-on and independently in a fast-paced environment
* English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
* Ukrainian or Russian language proficiency
Nice to have
* Experience with Mexico or other LATAM markets
* Practical experience with Smartico or similar gamification and retention platforms
