**We are in the process of getting BRV-status to ensure you are not conscripted** ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a rock-star Accountant to manage financial operations across our Lithuanian and Ukrainian entities. You will handle accurate bookkeeping, cross-border asset tracking, strict expense compliance, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and supporting our cross-entity operational integration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Financial Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate ledgers for both the Lithuanian and Ukrainian entities. * Cost Allocation: Separating R&D, commercial, and classified defense project expenditure * Asset Management & Documentation: Manage and track all internal transfers and cross-border imports and exports * Manage authorized intercompany loan agreements and ensure financial movements follow standard transfer pricing and documentation conventions. * Expense Compliance: Enforce strict expense policies, including the rejection of personal/non-business expenses (eg, food receipts) * Cross-Entity Financial Oversight: Maintain strict separation between the Lithuanian and Ukrainian legal entities to adhere to regulatory and investment climate constraints. * Reporting & Compliance: Support tax filing, VAT reporting, and statistical reporting. Ensure all financial activities align with local labor laws, international regulations, and investor due diligence requirements. * Operational Integration: Collaborate with the Operations Lead to streamline procurement, logistics, and payroll administration. * Provide modern solutions to overcome and prevent bookkeeping nightmares

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Education: A university degree in accounting and taxation. * 2+ Years of Experience: Account and Bookkeeping management for dual+ registered businesses * Must speak English and Ukrainian * Leadership experience: At least one year * Must submit and pass security vetting procedures * Familiar with google workspace apps * Update-to-date and ready to provide modern solutions (ie. tech savvy)
