Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably across at least two business domains. • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and key BA processes. • Hands-on experience conducting Discovery phases. • Ability to explore and analyze the market, domain, and evolving system to provide valuable context-specific insights. • Strong skills in stakeholder management, including expectation setting, negotiation, and relationship building. • Experience in defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in multiple formats: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, wireframes, etc. • Ability to decompose complex requirements into smaller, clear, and manageable parts suitable for different audiences (tech/business). • Confident in change management processes: identifying, assessing, and handling changing requirements. • Experience in gap analysis and defining “as-is” and “to-be” states of systems or business processes. • Proficiency in using visualization and modeling tools to support requirement communication and validation. • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams: developers, QAs, designers, and project managers. • Ability to determine the business value of solution options to support informed stakeholder decisions. • Participation in business acceptance testing and post-delivery validation. • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. Nice to have: • Experience with design thinking, value proposition canvas, customer journey mapping, or similar discovery frameworks. • Experience working in EdTech, E-commerce, or MilTech domains. • Experience in pre-sales, Discovery, or early-stage product definition will be considered a strong advantage.
