We’re looking for daring, ambitious, and “a little crazy” people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen. You will: * Learn to own parts of the funnel from first screen to purchase: identify conversion bottlenecks and help validate optimization hypotheses. * Get hands-on with our no-code funnel builder to help design and launch new funnels. * Support A/B tests and help analyze results to improve engagement and funnel efficiency. * Conduct market and competitor research to surface product and funnel improvement ideas. * Write clear briefs for designers when creative or visual changes are needed. * Help monitor core performance metrics and document what worked and what didn’t.
We’ll have a match if you: * Have 1+ year of relevant work experience. * Have English at B2 level or higher. * Have strong analytical skills — you draw conclusions from data, not from gut feeling or “common sense”. * Can conduct structured, methodical research. * Are eager to learn — no prior marketing experience needed; we’ll teach you the specifics of performance marketing and funnels, you bring the analytical rigor.
Will be an advantage: * Experience working in a startup or R&D-driven environment. * Any prior exposure to subscription businesses or digital marketing.
