Our client is a branding and marketing agency specializing in the investment management industry, particularly in private equity and real estate investment. They help clients raise capital confidently and stand out through strategic branding, innovative design, and creative production services.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Middle Graphic Designer who combines precision with creativity, thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally with our strategy and design teams.
This is a mid-level role for a designer who excels in PowerPoint, creates compelling brand collaterals, and can manage multiple projects, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently delivering polished, client-ready work.

In This Role, You’ll
* Design sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for capital raising, investor communications, and pitch decks.
* Create brand collaterals to support the branding team: one-pagers, tear sheets, social graphics, event materials, and templates.
* Design digital and brand assets in Figma and Adobe CC.
* Deliver polished work on deadline, adhering to client brand guidelines and high internal standards.
* Collaborate with the strategy team, design team members, and Head of Design to bring clarity and elegance to complex concepts.
* Manage your own workflow efficiently, while contributing positively to the wider creative team.
About You
* 3+ years in a graphic design role, ideally in an agency or finance-related setting.
* A strong portfolio showcasing PowerPoint decks and brand collaterals.
* Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Figma.
* Obsessed with details. From grids and kerning to data charts and formatting consistency.
* Able to work independently and stay self-motivated, while being a collaborative, kind team player.
* Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and quick to adapt to evolving client needs.
* A positive mindset with a “figure it out” attitude.
Nice to have:
* Experience building and structuring long-format, complex reports in InDesign, including financial data, charts, and visual storytelling.
