Full-time is preferred. Part-time can be discussed.
Key Responsibilities * * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical IT positions. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to define role requirements. * Source and engage candidates through direct search, social platforms, job boards, and referrals. * Screen candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit, using your IT knowledge to assess qualifications. * Conduct interviews and coordinate technical assessments when needed. * Perform reference checks and manage background verification processes. * Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress. * Draft job descriptions and job advertisements, and manage postings on relevant platforms. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent for current and future hiring needs. * Work closely with the HR team on onboarding and other hiring logistics.
Requirements * * 4+ years of experience recruiting and closing both technical and non-technical roles within the IT industry. * Strong understanding of software development roles, technology stacks, and IT terminology. * Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing and offer management. * Hands-on experience with direct sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI-powered sourcing techniques. * Experience hiring across both the EU and US markets is required. * Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. * Experience with ATS and HR systems, Google Workspace, and Slack. * Fluent English C1.
Nice to Have * * General understanding of modern software development technologies, methodologies, and industry trends. * Background as a software developer or in another technical IT role. * Experience building scalable sourcing strategies and long-term talent pipelines. * Knowledge of recruitment automation tools and LinkedIn compliance policies is a strong plus. * A metrics-driven approach, with advanced proficiency in recruitment analytics, data interpretation, and using insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality. * Previous experience with US-based product or outsourcing companies is preferred.
