About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can find and qualify leads on Upwork — or is eager to learn — and who enjoys working with numbers and metrics. You’ll help identify the right opportunities for our ideal customer profiles and keep our pipeline organized and well-tracked.
Responsibilities: * Search for and qualify leads on Upwork across multiple ICPs (ideal customer profiles). * Monitor the platform and track new projects and requests as they come in. * Manage the pipeline in the CRM: segmentation and basic reporting. * Monitor Upwork’s algorithm and optimize the profile weekly in response. * Keep track of platform updates and changes. * Prepare and manage communication ahead of intro calls.
Requirements: * Experience with Upwork — basic is fine, as long as you understand how the platform works. * An analytical mindset: you enjoy numbers and tracking results. * English — B1+ level. * Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
Nice to Have: * Understanding of the IT market. * Experience with CRM tools (pipeline management, segmentation, reporting).
