Position Overview:
The Delivery Director will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery for client projects, including planning, execution, and client communication, ensuring that the projects meet Redtag’s standards for quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating resources, managing risks, leading client communication, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Redtag’s delivery processes while leading and overseeing Redtag’s consulting delivery team.
Requirements: * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in delivery management (preferably in the tech industry), focusing on consulting or client-facing projects. Sufficient experience as a Project Manager. * Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. * Excellent communication and organization skills. * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs. * Good decision-making, business acumen and result-orientation. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. * English B2-C1 (written and spoken).
Will be a plus: * Experience working on Salesforce. * PMP certified.
Responsibilities: * Project Planning and Delivery: define project scope, objectives, and success criteria; create and manage detailed project plans and timelines. * Resource and Budget Management: allocate resources effectively, optimize budget usage, and ensure proper alignment with project needs and goals. * Team Leadership and Management: directly manage the consulting delivery team, including Lead BA, Lead Architect, Lead Consultant, QA specialists, and PMs; conduct regular team performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development initiatives. * Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to both the stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project progress and status. * Quality Control and Performance Monitoring: implement quality assurance measures, track project performance, and ensure adherence to Redtag’s delivery standards. * Process Improvement: identify and contribute to improvements in delivery processes and standards for scalable, high-quality project execution.
