League Dev is a young web development and digital product company built on the expertise of League Design Agency — our “big sister” company, which has been designing world-class digital products for clients worldwide for over 8 years.
We believe that a great product is the result of outstanding design, high-quality development, and effective sales. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in our lead generation process and help us scale our sales efforts.
What will you be responsible for? * Researching and identifying potential clients (ICP definition, company and contact research); * Creating and personalizing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns; * Communicating with prospects and managing responses; * Qualifying leads and handing them over to the Sales Manager; * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records; * Analyzing campaign performance, testing new approaches, and validating hypotheses; * Working closely with the company founder to improve and optimize lead generation processes.
What are we looking for? * At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or Lead Generation Specialist; * Experience with outbound sales in an IT services company (outsourcing or outstaffing experience is a strong advantage); * Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or other modern lead generation tools; * Experience working with CRM systems; * Strong research and outreach personalization skills; * English proficiency of Intermediate (B1) or higher, particularly for written communication; * A structured, proactive mindset with a desire to build and improve processes rather than simply execute tasks.
Nice to have * Experience selling IT outsourcing or outstaffing services; * Experience working directly with founders or within small, fast-moving teams; * No experience working with “grey” or ethically questionable industries; * Based in Kyiv and willing to work in a hybrid format in the future.
