Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for 3 years. And once again we’re looking for a Trainee/Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on an established e-commerce platform for an international client.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong portfolio and a passion for design who wants to gain hands-on experience, work on real product tasks, and grow alongside an experienced team. What you’ll do: * Design new pages and improve existing interfaces for a web platform * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs * Design banners and other visual assets when needed * Apply UX best practices and user-centered design principles * Iterate on designs based on client and team feedback * Communicate directly with the client in English * Use AI tools to enhance and speed up the design process
Who we’re looking for: Hard Skills * Basic commercial experience or a strong portfolio of educational/personal projects * Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite * Understanding of UX fundamentals, visual hierarchy, typography, and modern design principles * Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups * Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher for direct client communication * Interest in AI tools and AI-native workflows
Soft Skills * Creativity and a good eye for aesthetics * Attention to detail * Good communication and collaboration skills * Openness to feedback and willingness to learn * Proactive mindset and desire to grow professionally
