What’s This Opportunity About?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to support operational processes across Finance, IT, and Compliance teams.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate onboarding and system access for new Finance team members
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for system access, troubleshooting, and operational support
Manage compliance documentation and insurance-related records
Coordinate special projects, including patient account closures and unclaimed funds processing
Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and smooth cross-functional collaboration
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience coordinating IT-related requests, system access, or onboarding activities is highly preferred
Experience coordinating processes, documentation, onboarding, or cross-functional initiatives
Comfortable working with multiple systems, portals, and software platforms
Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT, and Compliance teams
Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
➕ Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience coordinating onboarding activities and system access for new employees
⭐ Familiarity with documentation management, compliance processes, or record-keeping
⭐ Previous experience in healthcare, finance operations, administrative coordination, or project coordination environments
