We are currently seeking an Account manager with a background in advertising or creative agencies to join our team.
Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Client to develop effective advertising campaigns that align with their business objectives. * Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, taking ownership of Key Visual (KV) development, promo campaigns, new product launches, adaptation of materials, and local campaign development (including on-demand photo and video production). * Сoordinate campaign execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and Сlient expectations. * Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital and retail team) to develop comprehensive advertising plans and needed materials for Client. * Establish budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses. * Proactively address client needs, concerns, and feedback. * Build long-term relationships with Clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager with background in managing various projects, including digital, creative, and promotional campaigns. * Experience and expertise in developing video and key visuals. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. * Strong ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. * Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, campaign success, and business growth. * Proficient with MS office, Project management tool (JIRA), Online meeting tools (MS Teams, etc). * Proficiency in English at an intermediate level and higher.
