We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys building scalable outbound systems rather than simply sending messages. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a growth operator, constantly experiments, measures results, and optimizes every stage of the outbound funnel. What you’ll do * Build and enrich targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and other data sources. * Design and run outbound email campaigns. * Form and maintain segmented lead databases, keeping them clean, deduplicated, and up to date. * Engage prospects on social channels (LinkedIn and X/Twitter). * Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and current — logging activity, updating lead stages, and ensuring clean handoffs to the sales team. * Track and report on key metrics (leads sourced, open/reply rates, meetings booked) * Continuously test new channels, tools, and outreach angles to improve pipeline volume and quality.
Must have skills * Hands-on experience with outbound lead generation tools — Sales Navigator, Clay, and Lemlist (or comparable platforms). * Strong grasp of B2B prospecting, list-building, and ICP definition. * Comfortable with CRM hygiene and reporting in HubSpot. * Sharp written communication and a feel for what makes cold outreach convert. * Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on funnel metrics, not guesswork. * Self-directed and organized, able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Nice to have * Background in tech services, SaaS, or software staffing. * Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Helper).
