Our partner, a leading international technology company revolutionizing the cloud gaming industry, is looking for a Head of Enterprise IT to lead and scale its global IT function in a rapidly growing environment. About the role The Head of Enterprise IT owns the company’s internal IT infrastructure — the systems, networks, and tools that run the business itself, separate from the customer-facing production platform. This role ensures employees across all offices and locations have secure, reliable access to corporate systems and hardware, manages the Enterprise IT budget and vendor relationships, and coordinates with the CTO where corporate systems intersect with the production platform (e.g., billing, monitoring).
Place: Remotely or Poland Main responsibilities: ● Owns internal company IT infrastructure (not customer-facing production stack)
● Manages office networks, security, VPN, and employee access (IAM)
● Responsible for corporate hardware and software (laptops, licensing, helpdesk)
● Ensures IT support for all offices/locations
● Owns security policies for internal systems (separate from production DC security)
● Manages Enterprise IT budget and vendors (SaaS subscriptions, equipment)
● Ensures compliance for internal data (GDPR, access controls)
● Coordinates with CTO on integration between corporate systems and the production platform (e.g., billing, monitoring) Requirements: ● 3+ years of experience in IT management, with 3+ years in a leadership/head-of-IT role
● Demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS) end-to-end
● Experience running IT operations across multiple offices/locations
● Strong background in IAM, network security, and VPN infrastructure
● Experience managing IT budgets and vendor/SaaS contract negotiations
● Working knowledge of GDPR and internal data compliance requirements
● Experience building or scaling helpdesk/support functions for a growing organization
● English proficiency sufficient for international vendor and stakeholder communication Nice to Have ● Experience in a fast-scaling company environment
