We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst to help transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable reporting solutions, develop dimensional data models, automate analytics processes, and create dashboards that improve visibility into business performance. We are looking for a professional with 4+ years of experience who combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of modern data platforms. Required for this role * 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role * Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and reporting * Hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA), reporting, data modeling, and data visualization * Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, Qlik, Looker, or Adobe Analytics * Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery * Familiarity with dbt for data transformation and modeling * Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehousing concepts * Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders * Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, fluent Ukrainian, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to collaboration
Your responsibilities * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools * Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights * Build and maintain dimensional data models that support reporting and self-service analytics * Perform EDA, validate data quality, and ensure the reliability of reporting outputs * Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements * Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability * Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs * Present analytical findings and recommendations while supporting improvements in reporting standards, data governance, and analytics best practices
