We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of full-cycle hiring for key and hard-to-fill roles across the company.

Team size and structure You’ll join an experienced, collaborative recruitment team of 5, reporting to the Recruitment Lead. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers from Delivery, Sales, and Account Management teams. You will also have the opportunity to communicate directly with the client.
Interview stages * Interview with the Recruiter — 30 min * Intro call with COO — up to 30 min * Interview with Recruitment Advisor — 60 min * Culture-fit interview with current recruitment team — 30 min * Mandatory reference check as the final step

Requirements * 5+ years in IT full-cycle recruitment * Proven track record closing complex and hard-to-fill technical roles * Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, including passive candidates * Experience hiring in international markets (Balkans, Europe, LATAM) alongside the Ukrainian market * Hands-on experience working directly with hiring managers: negotiating requirements, learning from retrospectives, proactively coordinating with stakeholders (sharing updates and next steps to improve time-to-fill), and building trust * Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day recruitment to automate routine work, and open to experimenting with new ones * Strong communication and negotiation skills with both candidates and НМ * Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to your pipelines * Comfortable operating without rigid, pre-written processes — you take ownership and figure things out * A real sense of urgency and a constant drive to improve yourself and your work * Upper-Intermediate or higher spoken English
Responsibilities * Own full-cycle recruitment for your roles — from position intake to offer acceptance * Take on the team’s hard-to-fill and key roles and drive them to closing * Partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, urgency, and feedback * Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research * Provide structured candidate feedback and keep your pipeline data clean and up to date * Track your own metrics — time-to-fill, funnel conversion, pipeline health — and act on them * Use and help improve AI tools and automation in the recruitment workflow * Share knowledge and lightly mentor junior recruiters on sourcing and client communication * Be comfortable working in a growing company where roles and responsibilities keep evolving, and ownership is often shared across departments.
