Requirements
— 4+ years of experience in risk management, including 2+ years in crypto or digital assets;
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field;
— Strong understanding of market, technology, and operational risks within digital platforms;
— Experience in designing and implementing risk frameworks, including stress testing and scenario analysis;
— Proficiency in working with data (SQL), BI tools (Tableau/Grafana), and automating KRIs/reporting;
— Knowledge of risk identification methodologies and practical application (SWOT, checklists, environmental analysis, expert assessment);
— Hands-on experience with crypto platforms and DeFi protocols;
— FRM, CFA, PRMIA, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
— Develop and implement risk policies for products and processes;
— Monitor and analyze key risk types, including market, liquidity, and operational risks;
— Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate resilience to market shocks;
— Define and implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning systems;
— Prepare regular risk reports for senior management;
— Coordinate the work of risk analysts and provide mentorship;
— Support incident response procedures and crisis management;
— Collaborate with Strategy, Ops, and Engineering teams to ensure comprehensive risk identification and mitigation planning.
