Hravity team is looking for a Data Researcher / Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for generating a consistent stream of new qualified prospects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
— Develop and execute lead generation strategies to provide robust support to the sales team
— Utilize a variety of online and offline resources to research and identify potential leads
— Manage cold email and LinkedIn campaigns using automation tools to optimize outreach and engagement
— Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and lead generation efforts. This includes creating target lists and developing outbound campaign strategies
— Develop and maintain lead generation reports and dashboards to effectively track progress and identify areas for improvement
— Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales to continuously refine and enhance our strategies
WHO YOU ARE:
— We’re looking both for experienced specialists and for highly motivated juniors ready to grasp knowledge and proactively execute set goals
— Good command of English
— Ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment (being a competitive and inner-driving self-starter with well-developed planning skills, good execution discipline, and high focus on results)
— Advanced computer proficiency (touch-typing skills etc.) and IT-related education will be also considered as an advantage
