We are hiring a Data Engineer. As EverHelp scales rapidly, we need a dedicated infrastructure owner to drive its reliability and growth.
Your future responsibilities include: * Own end-to-end manual testing of Evly — AI agent, Copilot mode, analytics dashboard, and integrations with Zendesk, HubSpot, Shopify, WhatsApp, and more, * Be the first QA on new products: validate our new products before they reach real users, * Build and maintain test documentation from scratch — test plans, test cases, checklists, and traceability matrices that the whole team can rely on, * Test APIs using Postman: verify integration points, catch spec-to-behavior mismatches, and keep regression collections up to date, * Run regression cycles before every release and smoke tests after each prod deployment, * Write bug reports that developers act on without follow-up questions: clear reproduction steps, severity, logs, screenshots, expected vs. actual, * Join grooming sessions and requirement reviews to surface QA risks before a single line of code is written.

You’ll own QA from day one — no inherited processes, no backlog of someone else’s decisions. You’ll be testing AI products where standard checklists don’t apply, which means a real intellectual challenge, not routine. Your work will be directly visible to the CPO, and as the team grows, the natural next step is QA Lead. What is more, the experience of building QA for AI agents is genuinely rare on the market right now.
Needed experience & skills: * 3–4+ years of Manual QA experience, preferably in SaaS or AI products, * API testing: Postman / Swagger — full cycle including auth (OAuth, API key, JWT), chain requests, env variables, assertions, * Bug tracking in Jira, ClickUp, or equivalent, * Strong test documentation skills: test plans, test cases, checklists, traceability matrix, * Knowledge of testing types: smoke, regression, exploratory, sanity, * Understanding of HTTP, REST API, and basic web application architecture, * Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports with severity/priority, environment, steps, expected/actual results, and logs, * SQL at the level of SELECT with JOINs to verify data in a database, * Ability to read server logs, browser console, and network tab independently, * CI/CD awareness: understands pipelines, can trigger a test run, and reads build results, * B2+ level of English.
Nice to have skills: * Test design techniques: BVA, EP, pairwise, state-transition, decision tables, * Performance / load testing basics: k6 or JMeter, * Security testing basics: OWASP Top 10 — XSS, SQL injection, auth bypass, exposed tokens.
