Role Mission
The mission of the Head of Legal & Compliance is to protect INSART’s business, owners, clients, assets, intellectual property, cash flow, and strategic optionality by owning the legal and compliance function end to end.
The role exists to ensure that INSART can operate safely, move quickly, negotiate professionally, avoid preventable legal mistakes, and build a lean, AI-native legal operating system that does not depend on memory, manual heroics, CEO micromanagement, or constant expansion of legal headcount.
This role will combine legal expertise, business judgment, operational discipline, AI-native workflow design, and calm professional communication.
