What You’ll Do
* Contribute to preparing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
* Organize and maintain project boards to keep tasks visible and updated.
* Track project progress to ensure all deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project schedules.
* Participate in daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and address blockers.
* Collaborate with senior team members to balance trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality.
* Test the system or product features before releases to confirm they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
* Serve as a communication link between the development team and the Product Manager or Senior Project Manager.
* Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and clarity on project progress, scope changes, and potential delays.
* Work with senior PMs and the development team to estimate effort and resource requirements.
* Communicating with and supporting the Senior Project Manager
Who We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience managing software development projects.
* Basic understanding of web-application development.
* Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
* Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
* Theoretical knowledge of user stories and user flow drawing.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Completed IT PM courses.
* Desire to understand how the apps are built in details.
* Strong PM theoretical knowledge.
