About the role
Are you passionate about helping people grow and develop? Join our strong T&D team as a Middle T&D Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in shaping learning experiences. As a qualified expert You will
1. Tech Certification Program Ownership:
* Design, launch, and manage the end-to-end framework for technical certifications across engineering roles;
* establish clear pathways for engineers to achieve strategic certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Anthropic, etc.) aligned with company goals;
* track, analyze, and report on certification completion rates, exam success metrics, and budget utilization to demonstrate the business impact.
2. LMS Administration & Development:
* — Administer the Leapsome LMS, including user access, course library management, and tool integrations;
* — Design and maintain Learning Paths tailored to business needs, from requirements gathering to stakeholder consulting on platform capabilities and limitations;
* — Expand and maintain the learning content library by uploading and organizing internal training materials and recordings;
* — Prepare custom reports, data extracts, and Learning Path analytics upon stakeholder request;
* — Develop learning programs for different roles and seniority levels (P1—E1) aligned with the competency model, using diverse learning formats and stakeholder-provided content;
* — Collaborate with Leapsome support to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.
3. Vendor Management: Oversee all aspects of learning event logistics, including payments for existing suppliers, selection and evaluation of new vendors, and managing contracts.
4. Corporate English Program Management:
* Manage the end-to-end training cycle from Jira requests to group enrollment, including instructor operations, billing, and payment processing.
* Coordinate student feedback, regular progress assessments, and ongoing company-wide language testing.
5. Training Coordination:
* Collaborate with the Brand Team to create promotional materials, manage event logistics (e.g., calendar invites, registration, moderation), and gather feedback;
* design and launch email campaigns to collect feedback and send event evaluation reminders utilizing the STRIPO tool.
6. Internal Learning Initiatives: Contribute to shared T&D activities like the knowledge sharing events and monthly newsletters.
7. Learning Consultation: Support teams and individuals by advising on relevant learning formats, platforms, and resources.
8. You’ll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of impactful side projects aligned with your interests.
We’re looking for you if you have
* 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles.
* Hands-on experience managing and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Background working in an IT/Product/Software Development company environment.
* Must: proven experience managing tech-focused T&D programs, specifically technical certification pathways. Familiarity with major tech certification ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Anthropic).
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2)
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Bonus points
* Experience in developing competency matrices and identifying necessary resources to complete them with learning resources.
* Knowledge of adult learning theories or instructional design principles.
