Your responsibilities will include: * Own the company’s inbound acquisition layer across external platforms and directories (Clutch, GoodFirms, TechBehemoths, DesignRush, etc.); * Turn these platforms into a predictable lead source by improving visibility, positioning, and overall performance; * Identify, launch, and scale new inbound channels (Capterra, Trustpilot, Crunchbase); * Own conversion optimization across all inbound channels — landing pages, messaging alignment, A/B testing; * Ensure each acquisition source has a tailored conversion path, not generic routing; * Define and maintain channel attribution model (first-touch, multi-touch, or hybrid); * Track CAC, LTV, and conversion rates by channel and segment; * Build dashboards for inbound performance and experiment tracking; * Create a feedback loop between sales outcomes and marketing inputs.
What we expect from you: * English level: B2 or higher (both written and spoken); * Experience with inbound lead platforms (Clutch, TechBehemoths, G2, GoodFirms, etc.); * Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with data, attribution models, and unit economics; * Experience with AI tools; * Experience working in an outsourcing company; * Proactive mindset and ability to multitask.
Nice-to-have: * Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO; * Familiarity with paid acquisition or SEO as supporting channels; * A good sense of humor :)
