We are looking for a skilled and proactive Strong Middle Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js + React.js) to join our team and contribute to building modern, high-impact web platforms.
This is a proactive hiring role — we are building a strong pipeline of engineers to quickly engage in upcoming projects with European and UK-based clients across HealthTech and B2B (defense/procurement) domains. You will have the opportunity to contribute to product development from early stages and take ownership of features in fast-paced environments.
Required Skills & Experience * 4+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and React.js * Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and SPA applications * Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL or MongoDB) * Experience working with third-party integrations and external APIs * Understanding of clean code principles and best practices * Basic knowledge of application security * Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) in daily work * Upper — Intermediate English level (B2) of higher for async communication
Nice to Have * Experience in healthtech or defense/procurement domains * Experience working with healthcare APIs or government data sources * Strong TypeScript proficiency * Experience with mobile-first responsive design
Key Responsibilities * Design and develop frontend components and backend services * Build and maintain RESTful APIs * Integrate third-party services and external systems * Participate in requirements clarification and technical planning * Ensure code quality through reviews and testing * Support staging and production deployments * Collaborate closely with PM, BA, QA, and client stakeholders * Take ownership of tasks and contribute to overall product delivery
