We are currently launching a new SMS direction and looking for an SSPs Manager who will help scale and maintain our provider infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing * Build and maintain relationships with SMS providers * Onboard new providers and manage ongoing communication * Resolve operational issues, disputes, and escalations * Negotiate pricing, limits, and commercial terms * Register and maintain US phone numbers across providers * Coordinate closely with Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams * Maintain clear tracking of providers, registrations, and workflows * Expand overall SMS sending capacity and provider diversification
What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience in partnerships, bizdev, affiliate marketing, telecom, SMS, or related operational environments * Strong spoken and written English for daily communication with US partners * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to manage multiple workflows and conversations simultaneously * High level of ownership and self-management * Structured and organized approach to work * Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments * Background in sales, affiliate marketing, bizdev, telecom, or performance marketing is a strong advantage
During Your First Months * Learn the US SMS ecosystem and internal operational workflows * Take ownership of existing provider relationships * Source and onboard new providers * Register new phone numbers across multiple providers * Build a transparent and scalable operational workflow
