We are looking for a result-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities: * Research, identify, and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn and email channels; * Write highly-customized outreach messages and cover letters for LinkedIn and email campaigns; * Meet and exceed KPI goals; * Participate in the search and qualification of tenders (RFP/RFQ), including gathering information for proposals and aligning with the Sales and Marketing teams; * Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies; * Build and maintain targeted lead databases for both Mass and ABM outreach campaigns; * Launch and manage personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels; * Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and implement data-driven improvements on an ongoing basis; * Build and launch personalized outreach campaigns; * Support the marketing team by providing market insights, feedback on content, and testing outreach/ICP hypotheses; * Result-oriented with the understanding of KPI/OKRs and how they fit; * Experienced in research approaches, techniques, and familiarity with the most common tools for data search and searching/validating emails (PhantomBuster, snov.io, Hunter, NeverBounce, etc.); * Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference (Hubspot).
Requirements: * 1.5+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager or SDR in an IT company; * English proficiency at B2 level (written and verbal); * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach; * Familiarity with CRM systems; * Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over KPIs, deadlines, and quotas; * Understanding of tender/RFP processes is a plus; * Deadline- and quota-driven; * Decision making skills the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.
