Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote (Europe) · Full-time · €50K—€65K base + competitive equity after trial

About the company Our client is a leading AI scale-up and one of the fastest-growing AI companies globally, with a flagship consumer product in the AI companionship space (explicit content). The company is fully remote, founder-led, and currently around 80 employees — with plans to roughly double headcount this year across tech, marketing, and business functions.
The exec team has previously launched, scaled, and exited multiple consumer and B2B tech companies. Headcount is growing quickly and the recruiting function is being built out from the ground up. About the role This is the second dedicated recruiter hire at the company. You’ll work directly with the CEO and hiring managers to scale the team globally — owning full-cycle recruiting and helping shape the recruitment infrastructure as the business moves past 100 employees.
You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and operating with limited existing process. You should also be 100% comfortable working for a company whose products include uncensored / explicit AI-generated content (all employees are exposed to this to some degree). What you’ll do * Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions — primarily tech, plus marketing and business roles — partnering directly with the founders and hiring managers * Source and attract top global talent across Europe, Latin America, and other international markets * Help build and refine recruitment infrastructure: processes, documentation, tools, and workflows * Run structured screening interviews and deliver actionable candidate assessments to leadership * Drive initiatives beyond core hiring: employer branding, comp benchmarking, AI-recruiting tooling experiments, and process improvement
Key requirements * 2–5 years(not more than 5 years!) of recruitment experience, including in-house experience (agency-only backgrounds are not a fit) * Experience recruiting at a tech startup or scale-up — must be comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments * Based in Europe, within 2 hours of CET (non-negotiable) * Interest in or experience using AI tools in the recruiting workflow * 100% comfortable working on a product that includes uncensored / explicit AI-generated content
Ideal background * Tech or AI scale-ups (Series A—C), or hypergrowth environments with visible headcount growth during your tenure * Companies with a mix of tech and growth hiring * Bonus: experience in adult tech, gaming, or other NSFW-adjacent industries
Logistics * Contract: B2B / contractor preferred in most countries; EOR in select markets. Full country coverage shared at offer stage. * Hiring process includes a take-home case study to be completed within one week (the brief is shared at that stage — please set this expectation with candidates upfront) * Tech stack: modern ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, interview-intelligence tooling, and major AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor)
