The goal of the Head of Marketing (Growth & Performance) role is to turn fragmented activities into a systematic, predictable, performance-driven growth model that directly impacts revenue, retention, and user acquisition efficiency. Who we are looking for We are looking for a growth-oriented marketing leader, not a traditional brand marketer. * Proven B2C marketing experience (non-negotiable) * 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles • Deep understanding of performance & growth mechanics (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) with large budgets • Experience scaling paid acquisition channels • Strong command of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention) • Ability to connect creatives, funnels, and analytics into one system • Experience working in product-centric or startup environments • Comfort operating in evolving, imperfect structures • High ownership and accountability mindset
