About Verba Verba is an AI-powered video editing app that helps creators turn raw footage into polished, share-ready content in minutes. We’re growing fast, running experiments continuously, and building what we believe can become the #1 AI video editor in the world.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own product operations and feature delivery — so we can move faster and build better. Role Mission Take full ownership of day-to-day product operations and feature lifecycle — from research and planning to shipping and analysis — so the team can focus on what moves the needle most.
This role combines structured execution + product thinking + data-driven approach + cross-functional ownership + hunger to grow fast. Your Area of Impact Research & Discovery * Run market, competitor, and user research to surface opportunities worth building. * Translate findings into clear product decisions and presenting them to the team in a format that fits most. * Build and maintain a prioritized backlog grounded on data and user insight.
Feature Delivery: End-to-End * Write PRDs and user stories that give team everything they need. * Drive features from idea through design, development, QA, and release. * Own post-launch analysis: what does the data say? What metrics were affected? What shall we do next?
Product Metrics * Track and monitor core product metrics: activation, engagement, retention, happiness. * Spot drops and wins, understand the why, and bring hypotheses to the table. * Work closely with the team on instrumentation for new features.
⚙️ Operations & Release Management * Own release planning: break down monthly goals into releases, track delivery, and make sure updates and fixes land on time. * Keep stakeholders informed on progress and surface risks before they become blockers. * Maintain documentation that’s actually useful — PRDs, timelines, roadmaps, tickets, team boards.
RequirementsMust have * Prior hands-on experience working in a product environment — whether as a PM, PO, Product Analyst, Product Designer, BA, or Project Manager — with a solid understanding of product metrics and how to act on them. * Strong ownership mindset: you track your work, meet deadlines, and don’t wait to be reminded. * Structured thinking: you can break down a problem, prioritize, and explain your reasoning clearly. * Comfort writing clear product docs — PRDs, user stories, briefs — that other people can act on. * You’re comfortable with tools like Notion, Figma and Google Workspace. * English B1+ — for documentation, research, user interviews, and communication with providers and support.
Big plus * Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude or similar). * Familiarity with app monetization tools (e.g. RevenueCat) and App Store Connect * Experience in a startup or or other demanding environment with fast iteration pace. * English B2+.
What we’re looking for * Analytical thinking — you approach problems structurally. You don’t just look for an answer; you look for the right answer, and you know the difference. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can reason through it systematically. * Result orientation — you care about outcomes, not activity. You set your own bar high and feel genuinely dissatisfied when the output falls short of it. You complete things. * Intellectual honesty — you say “I don’t know” when you don’t know. You update your views when presented with better arguments. You treat being wrong as information, not failure. * Curiosity — you are interested in how things work, not just whether they work. You keep up with what’s happening in the industry and think critically about it. You get excited when you encounter something you don’t yet understand. * Responsibility — you hold yourself accountable. You think about the “what” and the “why” behind every task. You raise a concern when you see one, and you follow through on your commitments. * Team-first mindset — you understand that the goal is the product, not your slice of it. You collaborate openly, support those around you, and prioritize team outcomes over individual credit.
Why This Role Can Be Exciting1) Real ownership from day one You won’t be coordinating tickets. You’ll own the full feature lifecycle — research, spec, delivery, analysis. Your work ships to real users. 2) A product that’s actually growing Verba is live, growing, and iterating fast. You’ll see the impact of what you build in real metrics — not in a staging environment. 3) A team that makes you better You’ll work with experienced, creative specialists across product, design, and development — in an environment where good ideas get tested, not shelved. 4) Exposure to the full product stack Most junior PMs spend years in one lane. Here you’ll get hands-on experience across the full spectrum — feature delivery, growth experiments, monetization, and analytics. What We Offer * Unlimited vacation. This is a demanding environment by design. We do not limit vacation time and expect every specialist to use it sufficiently to stay energized and perform at their best. * Stock Option Plan. We have developed an option plan that allows the Verba team to become co-owners of the company. We are building something we believe in — and we want the people building it with us to share in the outcome. * Real work, real impact. You will work directly on our production app alongside experienced engineers. No sandbox projects. * A structured path to growth. Verba operates on a transparent, meritocratic system that defines how every specialist can increase their contribution and advance. Your growth here will be real, measurable, and recognized. * No rigid schedules, no micromanagement. We operate on flexible schedules and treat every individual with respect. We expect the same in return.
Hiring Process * Intro call * Test task * Technical interview + culture & thinking assessment
(We keep it fast and respectful.)
