B2B Sales Manager — IT Products & Audit Service Dovestones Software is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to help us sell our IT products and our main service — Active Directory / Entra ID Audit.
We develop software for Microsoft Active Directory administration, reporting, auditing, and automation. Our customers are companies that use Microsoft infrastructure and need better visibility, security, and control over their environment.
In this role, you will not work alone. You will have two sales assistants / VAs who will support lead generation, prospect research, outreach preparation, and follow-up activities. Your responsibility will be to manage the sales process, communicate with potential clients, conduct sales video calls, and help convert qualified opportunities into customers. Responsibilities * Manage the B2B sales process for our IT products and AD / Entra ID Audit service. * Coordinate and guide two sales assistants / VAs who support lead generation and outreach. * Search, qualify, and prioritize potential B2B clients. * Contact prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other business channels. * Conduct introductory and sales calls with potential customers. * Present our products and AD / Entra ID Audit service. * Maintain communication with prospects during the sales cycle. * Prepare short commercial offers and coordinate next steps with the team. * Keep lead and client information organized in CRM. * Help improve sales scripts, outreach messages, and sales process.
Requirements * 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, IT sales, SaaS sales, or similar. * Strong written and spoken English (ideally fluent level). * Experience with cold outreach and client communication. * Confidence in conducting sales calls with international clients. * Ability to explain technical products in simple business language. * Ability to organize work for yourself and support the work of sales assistants / VAs. * Self-organized and result-oriented approach. * Understanding of customer needs.
Will be a plus * Experience selling IT products, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or Microsoft-related services. * Basic understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or IT administration. * Experience with CRM tools. * Experience with US, UK, EU or Canada markets. * Experience managing or coordinating VAs, lead generation specialists, or sales assistants.
