We’re a team built by founders who’ve scaled Voodoo (€625M revenue). We’ve secured seed capital from top-tier investors behind BeReal, Deel, Voodoo, and AppLovin—and are now taking on an AI-driven health app to own the next big category in health & fitness.
You’ll work side-by-side with the Creative Lead—a performance-minded leader with hands-on experience. You’ll work on turning ideas into high-performing video ads. You’ll take ownership of competitive research, creative production, and rapid pivoting.
About the Product
Aura is an AI-powered wellness coach that helps people understand and improve their health based on real data — not guesswork.
The product combines lab testing, biomarker analysis, and AI-driven insights to identify what’s actually affecting a person’s energy, focus, mood, and overall well-being. Instead of generic advice, Aura provides personalized recommendations (nutrition, supplements, lifestyle) tailored to each user’s biology.

Strategic Creative Production
* Create high-performing ads—leading the entire process from concept to final delivery.
* Collaborate closely with motion and graphic designers on concepting, execution, and iteration.
* Own key creative KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, success rate, and profit per creative.
* Analyze competitors with spy tools and translate findings into testable ad angles.
Required Hard Skills
* 1+ years in a creative production role within a performance marketing environment.
* Strong background in ideating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other performance platforms.
* Proven experience producing high-performing video ads with $50k/creative spend for Meta (Facebook/IG).
* Confident working with spy tools to reverse-engineer competitor strategies.
* Fluent in creative compliance policy for health & fitness ads on Meta.
* B2+/C1-level English (work in English daily).
* Experience launching new products/flows/brunches from scratch and scaling them to $100k+/month would be a huge plus.

What your typical week looks like:
* Launch and test multiple new creative hypotheses
* Brief designers and iterate on creatives daily
* Analyze performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and kill/scale fast
* Research competitors via Ad libraries and spy tools
* Work on improving funnels, quizzes, and angles
This role is not for you if...
* You’ve never produced a creative that spent >$50k/mo profitably.
* You are a pure Project Manager (no hands-on work)
* You optimized existing funnels but never built from scratch
* You prefer stable, predictable environments over fast-paced startups
* You need layers of structure or a big team to operate effectively.
* You’re not comfortable being the main point of contact for motion designers.
