What we offer to do: * Communicate with clients to detail tasks and maintain transparent interaction throughout the project. * Conduct regular calls with the team to synchronize on the work performed and current progress. * Conduct regular calls with clients: brief and present the results of the work. * Plan the team’s workload: analyze resources, effectively distribute tasks and manage deadlines. * Maintain an effective working environment: monitor the level of team satisfaction, conduct 1:1 meetings, resolve work issues in a timely manner and provide feedback. * Involve and coordinate external specialists to perform individual tasks on the project.
