The project focuses on building an integration and AI-automation layer on top of the client’s existing systems. You will play a key role in connecting core platforms, centralizing business data, and implementing AI-powered workflows for analytics, alerts, coaching insights, and internal knowledge management.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is comfortable taking ownership of complex integration challenges, designing scalable backend solutions, and applying AI in practical business scenarios.
This is initially a full-time, short-term collaboration that will last up to 1,5 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain Python-based integrations between internal and third-party systems. * Build and support data pipelines to extract and synchronize Brightwheel data into BigQuery. * Implement and improve synchronization flows between operational platforms and CRM systems, including GoHighLevel. * Design and evolve automation workflows for business operations and communication processes. * Develop AI-powered solutions for sales call transcript analysis. * Build AI workflows for parent communication analysis and insight generation. * Create Slack-based alerts, tasks, and coaching insights for internal teams. * Contribute to the development of an internal knowledge bot connected to Google Drive and Notion. * Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of integrations and automated workflows. * Work directly with stakeholders to shape technical solutions around business goals and priorities.
Requirements * Ownership mindset, ability to communicate challenges and discuss solutions with clients in a timely manner, and ability to work with a high level of autonomy. * 5+ years of commercial experience with Python. * Strong experience designing and building backend services, integrations, and automation solutions. * Good hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Google Cloud Run. * Solid practical knowledge of BigQuery and data pipeline architecture. * Proven experience with third-party API integrations and complex data synchronization. * Experience with workflow automation and Slack-based integrations. * Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered automation in production or business-critical use cases. * English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher. * Strong understanding of scalable architecture, asynchronous processes, and integration patterns.
Nice to have * Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms. * Experience with Brightwheel or other operational/vertical SaaS platforms. * Experience with Make, n8n, or similar workflow automation tools. * Experience building internal knowledge assistants connected to Google Drive, Notion, or similar systems. * Familiarity with business process automation in multi-system environments.
