Product that needs your engagement
This role is open for two key projects: the AI Innovation Team and Product Content.
The AI Innovation Team is building a cutting-edge product designed to redefine how professionals interact with complex data and workflows, leveraging modern AI technologies and advanced integrations.
Product Content brings together teams responsible for website content, documentation, and design, covering the entire content ecosystem within the Devart BU. This includes managing and evolving the website, blog, product documentation, and the overall UI/UX content experience.

You will become part of a dynamic PMO Team, where we value ownership, curiosity, and collaboration. Our team includes the Head of Project Management Office and the Project Manager. The team shares a strong feedback culture and a growth mindset — we don’t just build features, we solve real problems.
Impact you will make * Collaborate with HoP, HoPMO, Software Architect, and Team Leads to convert the product roadmap into a release schedule that aligns with business goals. * Monitor the current state of the product backlog across product lines. * Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies. * Prioritize tasks in collaboration with HoP, Software Architect, and Team Leads, and distribute workload across development teams. * Ensure backlog relevance and support effective sprint planning and execution. * Maintain and promote Agile practices within Scrum teams. * Analyze team performance and prepare relevant reports. * Ensure the proper state and hygiene of issues in Jira. * Align team efforts toward successful project delivery. * Resolve conflicts and remove impediments affecting team productivity. * Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members. * Support HR/People Partners in onboarding new team members.
Skills we are looking for * 2+ years of experience in team management. * Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus). * English level: Intermediate or higher. * Solid understanding of the issue lifecycle. * Experience in facilitating and conducting Scrum events. * Strong understanding of Scrum principles and values. * Hands-on experience with ALM systems (Jira preferred). * Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation (Confluence preferred). * Solid understanding of task estimation and decomposition approaches. * Strong communication skills, independence, and self-organization.
