We’re hiring an Account Manager to help us build the future of iGaming.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage
effectively.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships.
* Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring our
games are properly positioned and promoted on their platforms.
* Monitor internal project timelines and keep clients informed about game releases
and updates.
* Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and address performance
challenges.
* Collaborate with the support team to effectively resolve client and partner issues.
* Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client
communication.
* Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
* Provide clients with updates on marketing tools and promotional opportunities, such
as Freebets and Rain promotions.
* Work closely with internal teams to provide support and ensure seamless
collaboration.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building trust and credibility through clear
communication and reliable service delivery.
* Stay informed about iGaming industry trends and provide feedback to the game
development team.
* Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to enhance client engagement.
* Participate in event planning and coordination, from pre-event marketing to on-site
support.
