Currently, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategy / Growth Specialist to join one of Toogeza’s clients.
Oneeven is a next-generation investment company that doesn’t just invest in businesses but actively helps them scale within the global iGaming sector. Today, Oneeven’s portfolio includes over 50 companies — from B2C casinos and betting products to B2B platforms, marketing agencies, technology services, and AI/CRM solutions.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Strategy / Growth Specialist, a key role within the team. In fact, this is the first strategic hire in the marketing function, and the person will work not on a single product, but across the entire portfolio of companies.
Your scope of influence won’t be limited to running campaigns or managing a single channel. It’s about something bigger: looking at marketing systematically, through the lens of data and unit economics, analyzing channel performance (PPC, Affiliates, CRM, SEO, Paid Media), evaluating whether a strategy aligns with the business stage, and identifying growth opportunities that genuinely scale companies.
Imagine having dozens of businesses across different geographies and models. Some are fully structured, others are complete chaos. You are the person who understands what works and what doesn’t, where to invest more, and what needs optimization. Most importantly, you shape decisions that directly impact the financial results.
Requirements: * At least 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns; * 5+ years of experience in the iGaming/Gambling/Social Casino/Betting domain, B2С/B2B expertise; * Experience as Head of Acquisition / Growth Lead / Senior Performance Lead; * Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid monetization models; * Strong capability in data analysis and knowledge of performance/customer retention metrics; * Expertise in multi-channel acquisition and media plan optimization; * Advanced knowledge of unit economics: LTV, CAC, and ROI analysis; * Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; * Experience managing projects and optimizing business processes across multiple regions; * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities: * Conduct marketing audits of portfolio companies to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities; * Analyze channel mix, tracking setup, and acquisition structures to optimize performance; * Evaluate the alignment of marketing strategies with geographic specifics and business lifecycle stages; * Perform in-depth analysis of key metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS, and cohort performance; * Identify inefficiencies in customer acquisition and retention processes; * Develop recommendations for scaling and resource reallocation based on unit economics; * Collaborate closely with business analytics, finance, performance, and product teams to implement strategic solutions.
