The LOGITY TECH team creates technological solutions to the challenges brokers and carriers face in trucking logistics. We’re building a digital broker-centric ecosystem that includes a proprietary Transportation Management System, Loadboard, and a mobile app for drivers and dispatchers.
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with solid experience in designing web and mobile products and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. In this role, you will work on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and the company’s brand. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys combining design thinking, user research, and analytics to improve product experience and continuously refine design solutions.
Qualifications: * At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design; * Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.); * Understanding of user interaction principles and usability best practices; * Experience designing for web projects; * Experience with responsive design and mobile versions (Mobile-first approach); * Ability to work with design systems and brand guidelines; * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Ability to analyze user data and conduct interface testing.
Responsibilities: * Designing UI/UX solutions for the company’s web and mobile projects; * Identifying user needs, requirements, and expectations; * Understanding analytics and using design to help achieve business goals; * Creating designs that align with the company’s brand and are intuitive and user-friendly; * Conducting user research and competitor analysis, including primary research; * Prototyping, testing, and validating hypotheses with users at early stages; * Participating in overall design processes and collaborating with other designers and developers.
