Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Frontend and/or Mobile development * 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Team Lead * Strong production experience with: * React.js (modern React, Hooks, component-driven architecture) * Flutter for iOS and Android applications * Solid understanding of software architecture patterns: * Clean Architecture * MVVM * Feature-based / modular architecture * Experience with state management: * React: Redux, Context API * Flutter: Bloc, Riverpod, Provider (or similar) * Experience integrating REST APIs and/or GraphQL * Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web applications * Strong understanding of performance optimization * Strong understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) * Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering standards * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) * Sprint planning, estimation, and delivery ownership * Understanding of SDLC and release management processes
Responsibilities * Lead and manage Frontend and Mobile engineering teams * Define and drive technical vision for frontend/mobile platforms * Mentor engineers and support career growth * Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews * Participate in hiring and team scaling initiatives * Own frontend and mobile architecture decisions * Drive technical strategy and evaluate trade-offs * Ensure high code quality and engineering best practices * Establish and maintain development standards * Oversee application performance and reliability
Nice to have * Experience with Micro-frontend architecture * Analytics integrations * Knowledge of accessibility standards * Performance profiling and monitoring tools experience
