About project
FitMe is a fitness app created for people who want to stay active without long, repetitive workouts. It offers short, easy-to-follow routines that can be done at home with no equipment. FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day — without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
Requirements: * Experience working with agile methodologies (in particular Scrum and Kanban). * Experience working with Jira and Confluence. * Clear understanding of the mobile development lifecycle. * Understanding of technical aspects (basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and software architecture). * Release planning, timeline management, and deadline control. * Effective management of the development team; the ability to motivate and provide feedback.
Responsibilities: * Transforming business requirements into technical specifications. Resolve issues and conflicts related to requirements. * Distributing and assigning tasks to the team, doing estimations (in Story Points), and risk tracking. * Monitoring task deadlines (experience planning more than one release ahead), experience in long-term planning. * Close collaboration with Product & Marketing Managers as well as communication with service teams (backend, content, and localization). * Tracking team performance. * People management (1-1s, participation in probation period completion, performance reviews). * Team building and conflict resolution.
Would be a plus: * Technical background (developer, QA, BI). * Knowledge of product metrics (LTV, CPI, etc.). * Familiarity with such tools as Strapi and CrowdIn. * Strong desire to grow product expertise and perform as a Junior Product Manager, with a clear trajectory toward a Product Manager role.
