We are an iGaming affiliate network dedicated to connecting leading iGaming brands with high‑quality affiliates — and vice versa. Our in‑house platform provides advanced tracking and reporting tools that support both affiliates and operators, ensuring full transparency, accurate performance data, and seamless collaboration.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Community Manager to join our iGaming affiliate network team. This role is focused on building, growing, and promoting our affiliate network business and affiliate network technology product across relevant industry communities.
You will be responsible for representing the brand, increasing awareness of our network and platform, engaging with affiliates and partners, and helping attract new users through community-driven channels. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, networking, and digital marketing, and wants to grow within the iGaming and affiliate industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote the affiliate network business and technology product across industry communities
* Build and manage communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, forums, LinkedIn, and industry chats
* Actively engage with affiliates, partners, and potential clients: answer questions, share updates, and maintain discussions
* Create and publish community-focused content (announcements, product updates, educational posts, promotions)
* Support onboarding and activation of new affiliates coming from community channels
* Represent the brand in external affiliate and iGaming communities, events, and online discussions
* Gather community feedback and insights and share them with product, marketing, and affiliate teams
* Support launches of new features, tools, and promotions within the community
* Coordinate closely with affiliate managers, marketing, and product teams to align messaging
* Track community growth and engagement and assist with basic performance reporting
Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience or strong interest in community management, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing
* High interest in iGaming, affiliate networks, and technology products
* Confident online communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Proactive mindset, initiative, and ability to work independently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Languages: English is required; Russian and/or Ukrainian is a strong advantage
