What You’ll Be Doing: ✔️ Talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to sort out payment-related issues. ✔️ Making sure all sides get the right info and payments go through properly. ✔️ Keeping clear, organized records of all interactions. ✔️ Suggesting ways to improve payment processes and make things run smoother. ✔️ Providing top-level support and helping people resolve problems.
